Creo que entender es el primer paso para sanar. I believe understanding is the first step toward healing.

Soy médico residente de primer año en Medicina Familiar y Comunitaria, trabajando adscrito a un hospital en Oviedo, en el norte de España. Desde 2019 llevo estudiando Medicina y ha llegado el momento de compartir con vosotros las cosas que creo importantes, sin intermediarios y con palabras claras. I'm a first-year resident in Family and Community Medicine, based at a hospital in Oviedo, in northern Spain. Since 2019 I've been studying Medicine, and the time has come to share with you the things I think matter — no middlemen, plain words.

Este espacio es eso: un lugar honesto donde la ciencia y el sentido común se dan la mano. Escribo sobre lo que veo en consulta, lo que la evidencia dice y lo que tú mereces saber. ¡Salud!
